EternaPure and Summit Animal Health
In October of 2021, after one loading dose of EternaPure, I messaged my friend Jeanette:

INNATE SHILAJIT
A friend asked me to try Innate Shilajit, so I went straight to Google. WOW! There are only a couple downsides that I found.
1. Don’t take Shilajit if you have an excess of iron. Sign me up! I’ve always fought anemia. Black strap molasses, B-12, and blood builders are a necessary part of my life.
2. There is a possibility that Shilajit will cause stomach upset. Fortunately, my stomach is quite happy with Shilajit!
According to Google, the best time to take Shilajit is in the early morning hours on an empty stomach.

Nothing on my body works well, including my thyroid, so I got extremely excited when I read: The main function of Shilajit is to regulate and improve the functions of the thyroid gland. Light Therapy Lamp: Cure for Seasonal Depression

I used this for 30 min. the evening that it arrived. I set the hours for it to go off before my morning alarm.
