Here are my cookbook recommendations. These have some of my favorite allergy free recipes. I’ve made most of the cupcakes in Elana Amsterdam’s Cupcake cookbook. They are all delicious! Her chocolate chip cookies in the Almond Flour cookbook are a favorite with everyone. As far as my friend Cheryl’s The Balancing Point Cookbook, I’ve either taste tested, or made all of the recipes. I highly recommend her cookbook!

The 1st time I made the Pumpkin Donuts, it was late at night & I wasn’t going to the store! I substituted the pureed pumpkin with pureed sweet potato & had to change a couple of the flours with what I had on hand. The donuts were still absolutely amazing! And I had had pumpkin donuts that Cheryl had made earlier. Actually, I have taste tested most of the recipes in the cookbook, so I KNOW that they are amazingly delicious! The best part is the energy that you gain from eating healthy, balanced, and totally delicious food. If I hadn’t been a foodie before, after Cheryl’s cooking & recipes, I would be!
